THE ESSENCEIST Return & Refund Policy

At THE ESSENCEIST, we take immense pride in the purity and potency of our Glow Rituals. Due to the organic and personal care nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol to protect all members of our family.

Returns:
To ensure safety and quality, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered.

How to Claim:
If your order arrives damaged, please send an unboxing video and photos to support@theessenceist.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds:
Once your claim is verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (your bank/UPI) within 5-7 business days. Approved replacements will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of claim verification.
